If a client cancels the service before we begin working on the application or document processing, a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges) may be issued. -
Duplicate Payment:
If a client accidentally makes a double payment for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded upon request after verification. -
Non-Delivery of Service Due to Our Error:
In rare cases where we are unable to initiate the service due to internal issues or miscommunication on our end, a full or partial refund may be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the client must:

Include full name, contact information, transaction ID, and the reason for the refund.
All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
